• Passion for Video Creation: You excel at crafting compelling content that resonates with audiences on Facebook and TikTok.

Understanding of Engagement: You know how to create videos that not only attract attention but also encourage interaction and enhance our brand presence.

• Creativity and Trend Awareness: You are bursting with creative ideas and stay updated on the latest trends on TikTok and Facebook.

Video Editing Proficiency: You possess strong video editing skills to ensure our content is polished and professional.

• Positive Attitude: You bring enthusiasm and positivity to your work, inspiring those around you.

• Responsibilities:

Create/produce TikTok and Facebook content for product/service promotion.

• Engage with the Facebook and TikTok community in a way that aligns with our brand.

Contribute to the strategy, vision, and voice of the channel.

• Measure and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy.

Establish evolving best practices for TikTok and Facebook content.

• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g., comments and shares).

• Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a creative field, preferably in social media or digital marketing.

• Significant experience as an active TikTok user with a proven track record of creating engaging content.

History of creating content that performed well and drove attention, whether for yourself or a brand.

• Deep understanding of TikTok's ecosystem: trends, hashtags, music usage, functionalities, guidelines, and platform updates.

A passion and interest for creating compelling brand stories that resonate with audiences.

• Superior verbal, written, copy editing, and proofreading skills.

Experience with native social media tools and content creation apps.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment while working effectively and collaboratively with team members.
