Tech Support in Action: Your Daily Mission
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, including network connectivity and operating systems.
  • Log and track service requests using help desk software and escalate issues to higher-level technicians as necessary.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting and guidance to resolve customer issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and solutions.
  • Assist in the setup, installation, and configuration of IT equipment such as computers, switches, firewalls, and user accounts.
  • Educate users on best practices for software and system usage.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the efficiency and quality of IT services.

Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or in a similar customer support role
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Advanced English communication skills, both oral and written
