Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Operate and stabilize thermoforming machines for cups, lids, trays and etc.
  • Implements SOP of the PP thermoforming machines before, during and after operation.
  • Performs process, mechanical and minor electrical troubleshooting an ask assistance from line mechanics,senior operators or superiors when necessary.
  • Submits properly filled up daily production report every end of the shift.
  • Report to his superior of any unusual sounds or movement in his assigned machine for immediate and prevent further damage.
  • Suggest and initiates machines and process improvements for his assigned machines.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • With skills in thermoforming machine process and related machines such as crusher and basic Extruder operation.
  • Knowledgeable on thermoforming machines operation, process and controls and prameters adjustments.

Education And Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma
  • At least 3-4 years in of working experience in thermoforming and related field is required
