Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for system functionalities and non-functional requirements.
- Lead the testing efforts across various testing types including functional testing, interface testing, performance testing, automated testing, and compatibility testing.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into clear testing strategies and use cases.
- Perform automated testing and web application testing, ensuring high-quality standards across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure that testing efforts align with overall project goals and timelines.
- Leverage your experience with distributed systems to conduct thorough testing and identify areas of improvement.
- Write and maintain test scripts using languages such as Java, Python, or Shell.
- Work with databases like MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle to validate data integrity and functionality.
- Report defects and work closely with developers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Manage and prioritize multiple testing tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Internet integration or system testing (with an emphasis on automation).
- MUST HAVE experience with Automated Testing tools and frameworks.
- Strong English skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Proven experience with web and app automation frameworks.
- Proficient in at least one test development language such as Java, Python, or Shell.
- Strong understanding of testing theory and methodologies.
- Experience in distributed system testing is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
