Could you be the full-time Test Team Leader in Chorzw we're looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your test expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
Day-to-day, you'll applying the standard processes and related methodologies and tools in order to ensure his/her domain efficiency within projects development and defining, developing and sharing re-usable test patterns. You'll also promoting continuous improvement initiatives in team.
You'll specifically take care of managing the traceability and configuration of tools used by the team.
We'll look to you for:
- Assigning the resources (staff, ) for executing projects testing activities
- Managing the workload, including the sub-contracted part (technical assistance or work-package)
- Contributing to the sub-contracting strategy in liaise with sourcing
- Evaluating performance and setting objectives of team
- Defining the training plan appropriate to his/her team's needs and Alstom strategy
- Proposing to the Site Manager the investments necessary to ensure the deliveries on projects conducted by the site
- Managing scope by using regularly updated KPIs related to domain
- Keeping be informed of the QCD of Projects Team contributes to, in order to propose improvements, if necessary
- Initiating and following up action plans to solve issues common across projects and/or improve results in projects

- Degree in engineering
- Possible prior experience as Test Team Lead
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in Testing activities of Railway Products will be an asset
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Dynamic Test activities
- Knowledge in high risk activities in association with Electrical work
- and EHS requirements (AZDP (Action Zero Deviation Plan), TTO
- (Test Tracks Operations), LOTO (Lock-Out/ Tag-Out), )
- Fluent English language
- Familiarity with electrical, electronic, mechanical and networks domains
- Structured and organized approach
- Coordination skills and ability to take decisions in complex environment
- Ability to have a good communication with other colleagues and other functions (engineering, manufacturing, industrial, quality, )
- Ability for problem-solving
- Ability to work across sites/functions in a multi-cultural environment
- Team spirit approach and good communication skills
