Job Description
- Design and execute test plans on software applications and computer systems
Record and document results and compare to expected results- Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected
Document issues and maintain them in an issues log
- Work with infra team to setup and operate test environments
Work with development team to properly plan for code (and code fixes) migration against the progress of test activities- Analyzes project requirements
Performs a product risk assessment based on requirements
- Identifies and analyzes risks
Establishes test strategy and complex test approach- Plans for staffing, capacity planning
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in test planning and test design.

Must have supervisory/managerial role experience.

Must have experience in Manual Testing.
(Non-negotiable)
Must have experience in Automated Testing.
(Non-negotiable)
Exposed to different software testing methodology

Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle. (Non-negotiable)
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills as a must.

Nice to have experience with banking applications or packaged applications.
