Test Engineering Assistant Manager

:

- Engineering graduate: preferably ECE, EE, COE, or equivalent with management background.

- At least 3 years technical experience in electronics assembly plant, with an equal length of experience in handling people at least on a supervisory level.

-With a strong background in Failure Analysis

-Has an excellent experience as a Radio Frequency Test Engineering.

What You'll Do:

The Test Engineering Manager is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling all the activities of Test Engineering section to produce products and services according to company standard on productivity and quality, and in conformance with customer specifications and delivery schedule, at minimum cost.
