Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyzes board failures (DOA/WARR/NFF/SPR) encountered by customers and works with cross-functional teams to resolve such cases.
Develops containment and corrective actions to support product quality improvements.
Leads or supports critical projects that support operations.
May support new product transfers.
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:
Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent courses.
Must have high analytical skills.
Must have a high sense of urgency.
Must be capable of leading or interfacing with cross-functional teams across different levels of the organization.
Must have solid software and hardware troubleshooting skills (e.g. C++, Visual Basic.)
Must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
