Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy and plan, including timelines, resources, and methodologies
- Oversee the creation of detailed test cases and scenarios that cover all functional and non-functional aspects of different IT projects
- Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system
- Prepare & present testing reports, including test results and defect analysis
- Oversee identification, documentation, and resolution of defects and issues discovered during testing
- Collaborate with the SI vendor for testing requirements, issue resolution, and understanding system specifications
- Regularly update stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business units, on testing progress, risks, and outcomes
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years relevant experience in Test/QA Automation
- Experience with testing automation and SDLC tools (e.g. Karate, HP ALM, JIRA etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Experience in performance and security testing
