Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve implementing quality processes, tools, and methodologies to improve control, accuracy, and integrity. You will also develop predictive and intelligent testing approaches using automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. - Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. - Implement quality processes, tools, and methodologies to significantly improve control, accuracy, and integrity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of testing strategies and methodologies. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in test automation and quality engineering, integrating innovative approaches for continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Test Management. - Strong understanding of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. - Experience in implementing test automation strategies and methodologies. - Solid grasp of innovative testing products and solutions. - Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 7 years of experience in Test Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions. - This position is based in Manila. Minimum 7 year(s) of experience is required
