Qualifications
Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve working with Selenium, Spring Application Framework, and developing a test automation strategy to improve control, accuracy, and integrity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and other automation tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation. - Design and implement a test automation strategy to improve control, accuracy, and integrity. - Conduct detailed analysis of test results and provide recommendations for improvements. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in test automation and quality engineering, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Selenium. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Application Framework, Test Automation Strategy. - Strong understanding of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. - Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. - Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts. - Solid grasp of software testing principles and methodologies. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 2 years of experience in Selenium. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. - This position is based at our Manila office.
