QUALIFICATIONS:- Graduate of any business-related course;
Experience in feeds, agriculture and FMCG is an advantage;- Compute literate (MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint);
Has a valid driver's license;
Responsible for the over-all achievement of sales, collection and financial growth objectives of the territory;
- Develops the over-all territory plan which includes customer segmentation and development;
Manages the territory monthly forecast;- Spots business development opportunities within his territory (new products/extensions, new customers etc.);
Ensures the execution of national marketing programs within his territory;
- Directly handles field technicians.
