JOB DESCRIPTION The
Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with the tire dealers within a designated geographic region. This role involves maximizing sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service to dealers, and promoting the company's tire products.
He/She plays a crucial role in meeting sales targets, fostering dealer loyalty, and contributing to overall business growth.
- PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Dealership Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tire dealers or business partners within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with dealers to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
II. Product Knowledge and Expertise
- Provide technical training on product features, advantages, and benefits to fleet to ensure a well-rounded approach sales.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's tire products, including features, specifications, and application.
III. Pricing and Contract Negotiation- Negotiate pricing agreements, contracts, and terms with dealers.
Ensure pricing is competitive and aligned with company guidelines.
IV. Sales Reporting and Forecasting
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the territory.
VIII. Customer Support
- Address dealer inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly and effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) - With at least five (5) proven experience in tire sales, dealer sales management, or similar industry with a focus on relationship management
He/She will handle the South East Luzon areas.
Strong customer-centric mindset with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data ad make data-driven decisions.
