Territory Sales ManagerKey Responsibilities / Duties:
Meets and exceeds sales targets by properly managing partner stores
Achieves growth through acquisition of merchants in the assigned area
Develops a good productive relationship with the sales leaders of respective partners
Regularly conducts Trade Checks in the assigned area
Coaches and re-trains shop assistants inside partner stores
Conducts reviews and performance monitoring of assigned stores/ shop assistants
Designs strategic sales initiatives in assigned area to ensure productivity and growth
Properly communicates feedbacks and concerns to the internal team for swift and proper resolution
- Job profile / Requirements:
At least 5 years of sales experience, and has consistently met or exceeded targets
Experience and good understanding of the following industries: Consumer Sales Financing, Retail (FMCG, Mobile, IT, Home Appliances), and other relevant industries
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
Availability to travel, as needed
