Territory Manager (Bicol)
Purpose:
- Achieve Sell-out and Brand targets for CP & Rice Seed business of the Sales Territory
- Responsible (doer) to execute all CP & Rice Seeds Retailer Programs, Demand Generation Activity & Marketing Campaigns in their sales sub-territories in coordination with the RSM, STM, CAC and 3rd party field promoters.
- Prepare sell out plan and facilitate sales from distributors to dealers, cooperatives, big landowners, financiers and contractors to ensure product availability
- To achieve POGs (liquidation) and market share targets agreed with RSM & Team in the Sales Territory.
- Assist the Regional Sales team in the sales planning and forecasting, budgeting process, pre and post implementation of Sales Territory's Demand Generation Programs and Sales promotional activities
- Close coordination with the Campaign Activation coordinators to ensure seamless execution of farmer marketing activities and is aligned with Grower Marketing strategies and plans.
- Provide the necessary market data and business intelligence information to aid in business reporting and planning.
- Manage Bayer's customer relationship with all second layer accounts and stakeholders
YOUR TASK and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares and submits the Annual Sell out, Liquidation (POGs) and market share target in the Sub Territory to the RSM and rest of the team.
- Plans, organize and implement Territory Retailer Sales plan to achieve sell-out, Demand Generation Activity Plan to ensure attainment of Liquidation (POGs) and market share objectives for corn seeds in his/her territory of responsibility.
- Coordinate with RSM and CAC in the Territory for Demand Generation and Campaigns activities planning.
- Gathers market data, market updates and competitor's field activities, ensures submission of reports Liquidation (POGS) objective, market info, competitive info) on time, through the use of Bayer's
Customer Relationship Management and Sales systems (SFDC, LEAD, Bayer Rewards+)
- Close coordination with MD with regards to Territory sales Group and 3rd Party Field Technicians technical knowledge, product stewardship and customer product complaints.
- Manages the Bayer Farmers Network (Bayer Kaakbay, Advisors) in the territory pertaining to selection, maintenance and appraisal of performance and setting / attainment of targets
WHO YOU ARE:
- College graduate preferably BS Agriculture or any 4-year business related course
- With earned units in Masters in Business Management or equivalent is an advantage
- At least 1-2 years experience in sales and marketing operations
- At least 1-2 years experience on Retailers and Distributors Management
- At least 2 years experience as Sales Representative on a district Level
- Experience in Field Marketing is an advantage
