JOB SUMMARY: The key role of a Retail Territory Manager focuses on overseeing and optimizing the performance of retail stores within a specific geographic area. Their responsibilities ensure that each store operates effectively and meets sales and service targets.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for each store. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all stores adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to optimize stock availability and minimize losses.
Lead, train, and motivate store managers and staff to achieve high performance.
Ensure that stores deliver exceptional customer service and address customer complaints effectively.Ensure stores maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
Implement cost control measures to improve profitability.Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to senior management. Ensure all stores comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and corporate teams. Address and resolve operational, staff, and customer issues promptly and effectively.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, management, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the Philippine market.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
