Key duties include selecting and preparing ingredients, maintaining the tempura batter and frying oil at optimal conditions, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Tempura Chef or in a similar culinary role.
  • Expertise in preparing and cooking tempura.
Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • CAN START ASAP
