The Recruitment Associate responsibilities include scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining candidate database and handling paperwork. Ultimately, you'll help us hire efficiently and keep our hiring process running.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews to assess communication skills and gauge job fit for entry level positions (CSR, TSR and Sales Agents)
- Administer tests and assist in presenting job offer
- Assess system-wide recruitment needs and carry out action plan to meet required staffing needs
- Ensure and maintain the Customer Experience by establishing good relationship with our business partners both internally and externally, giving accurate and timely feedback of their requests, issues or concerns
- Meets overall recruitment performance/goals
- Complete necessary reports, ad hoc reports as required
- Accountable for the account/s handled
- On time delivery of closing requirements given the target SLA.
- Point of contact in close coordination with the hiring department in terms of calibrating, negotiating, strategizing and closing requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience specializing in volume recruiting in a BPO setting.
- Intermediate knowledge in MS Office applications
- Knowledge in utilizing online job portals for sourcing activities
- Excellent communication skills
- Must possess effective organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to work on several hiring targets simultaneously
- Ability to come up with sound and accurate decisions in any given circumstance
- Ability to exhibit professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, meeting multiple deadlines in a high pressure environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (shifting schedule)
- Willing to be assigned in Davao
