  • Handle customer complaints and issues promptly, aiming for resolution and customer satisfaction.
Upsell or cross-sell products and services as appropriate.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Collect and report customer feedback to help improve services or products.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
