Job description of Tellcaller Conduct calls to prospective customers to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
Introduce and explain our products or services to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
Identify customer needs, understand their requirements, and provide suitable solutions or recommendations.
Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries, complaints, or product-related questions.
Follow a sales script and maintain a professional and persuasive communication style to engage customers and build interest in our offerings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, including calls made, appointments scheduled, and sales closed, using the company's CRM system.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Continuously update knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively address customer queries and objections.
Proven experience as a telecaller or sales representative, preferably in a similar industry or with similar products/services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers over the phone and build rapport.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to influence customer decisions and close sales.
Ability to handle objections and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including cold calling, lead generation, and closing techniques.
Preferred from a travel & tourism industry
