JOB DESCRIPTION:- Leading and managing a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Propose salary policies, incentives, and contests tailored for telesales staff, ensuring alignment with the company's budget while maintaining competitiveness in the market- Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to enhance their performance and skills.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set goals and objectives for team members
Ensure adherence to sales processes, procedures, and quality standards of the company.- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Generate reports on team performance, sales metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for business growth and improvement.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
