JOB RESPOSIBILITIES:- Effectively sells life assurance products through outbound calls
Uses appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of our products from prospects- Accurately identify needs by asking effective questions and listening attentively
Matches product benefits accordingly and demonstrate how the product will satisfy customers need
- Able to secure commitment from customer to complete the purchase and payment processes
Handles objections and overcomes them with ease- Resolves all incoming queries effectively and efficiently thus ensuring customer satisfaction
Provides assistance to customer requests and ensures retention of existing customers
- Ensures that quality of calls and quantity of sales target is achieved
Ensures that all campaign leads provided for the day are maximized and utilized- Performs overtime on weekdays or/and weekends as needed by management in order to meet the needs of the business or individual targets
Insurance Industry understanding- Min of 2 years Sales Experience in any industry
Financial services experience preferable
- High School Graduate or College Level
