Job Purpose:The Telesales Representative will provide support to CFI's Product Management team by conducting outbound calls to introduce and promote software products, contributing to lead generation and sales growth through effective communication and customer engagement strategies.
Conduct cold calls to potential customers to introduce and promote CFI's software products.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and qualify them as leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information as part of documentation.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for improving outreach and achieving sales goals.
Learn about the IT products offered by the company and effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
Must be a business management or communication bachelor's graduate.
At least 3 to 6 months of experience in customer service and engagement.
