  • Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to make sales calls, foster strong relationships, and achieve set targets. The Sales Representative will be responsible for tracking their own sales records and implementing strategies to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Conduct sales calls and meetings with clients to promote our products/services and secure new business.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.

Achieve sales targets and goals set by management, consistently striving to exceed expectations.

Track and document sales activities, including calls, meetings, and outcomes, utilizing CRM software or other designated tools.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize processes and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the SCM industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving results.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Pay: Php30,
  • 00 - Php35,000.00 per month
