Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus. Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities. Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers. Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account. May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies. Responsibilities are within the Account/Relationship Management Function as it relates specifically to telesales. Developing professional role with working knowledge in own discipline. Solves a range of routine problems. Demonstrates some proficiency with concepts and processes. Analyses possible solutions using standard procedures. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction from more senior level roles.
Accountabilities
- Manage an existing book of business (i.e. in charge of renewing customers with existing contracts)
- Meet Sales Team Objectives including but not limited to the following:
- Retention activities through working in advance
- Generate Upsell opportunities and convert forecasted pipeline to sales
- Engage with customers to verify user experience and identify pain points
- Drive conversations based on mutual understanding with customer needs and address with value-led proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to extend the positive customer experience
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of inside sales/account management experience (preferably B2B Sales)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Bachelor's degree preferred or has completed 2 years level in College without back subjects or incomplete units
- Experience handling with CRM tool is a plus
- Exposure with HR is an advantage
- Global territory management experience is preferred (UK & US regions)
- Amenable with working on either mid shift or night shift
