Answers incoming calls and directs them to guest rooms through the telephone console or to hotel personnel or departments. To provide exceptional front desk services through the efficient handling of incoming calls, guest complaints & requests, and food and beverage orders.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends & holidays- Can speak/understand basic english
