Job Qualifications:- Graduate of any 4 year course/undergrad.
Good English communication skill oral and written;- With pleasing personality;
Must have pleasing voice and good listening skill;
- Proficient with MS Office applications;
Willing to work in BGC Taguig;- Willing to accept a Project Agreement.
Mondays to Fridays, 8AM-5PM
Received and transfer incoming calls from the trunkline to the right department/person with 100% accuracy; quickly, accurately, professionally and courteously using the prescribed scripts of Client Care.
- Handles simple inbound phone inquiries in a timely, professional, accurate and courteous manner as well as adhere to required scripts.
Regularly updates the head office trunk line directory with 100% accuracy.- Prepares required minor reports with
- 50% accuracy based on agreed turnaround time.
Attends monthly meetings, and huddles with the assigned Team Leader as required.
- Adheres to all measurable department performance standars including but not limited to the following:
Provides excellent front-line service over the telephone at all times.

Pay: Php15,000.00 per month
