We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Telemarketing Specialist to join our dynamic sales team.
  • Job Summary: The B2B Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for the sales team within the healthcare sector. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients in the healthcare sector to introduce our company.
  • Identify decision-makers and establish relationships with key contacts in healthcare organizations.
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and potential fit for our solutions.
  • Schedule appointments and demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and appointments set.
Follow up on leads and referrals generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or inside sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
Strong work ethic and a high level of motivation.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to understand and articulate complex products and services.
  • Persistent, resilient, and able to handle rejection.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
