Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. As a Telemarketer at Scale Up Outsourcing Ltd., you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and setting appointments with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities;

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and identify their needs.

Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients.

Follow up on leads and maintain a database of prospects.

Set appointments for the sales team to close deals.

Provide information about our services and answer any questions potential clients may have.

Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and appointments set.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects using our CRM system.

Qualifications;

Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
