The Sales Specialist is expected to achieve daily and month-on-month target.
Responsibilities include processing of Top Up client who will visit designated branch. Processing will include KYC, signing of documents and coordination with Admin Team. Also doing outbound call and discuss about detailed offerings of the product. The role also includes initial facilitation of the loan booking and scheduling to ensure the customer's convenience.
The Sales Specialist will be expected to also coordinate with other dependencies in order to achieve targets set by the organization.
The representative reports directly to the Senior Top Up Officer here in Head Office
The Sales Specialists may be scheduled to do the tasks while working from home when no scheduled appointment from branch.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
