Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
Explain product features and benefits, answer customer questions, and handle objections.- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential new customers.
Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with customers.- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.- Proficient in using CRM software and other computer applications.
