Job Summary:As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting prospects into customers through outbound communications. You will introduce our products or services, provide detailed information, and handle customer inquiries. The ideal candidate is persuasive, patient, and able to handle rejection while staying focused on achieving targets.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote products or services.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
Provide accurate information about products or services, answer customer questions, and resolve any issues.- Record customer information, feedback, and inquiries accurately in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly sales.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions with customers.
Collaborate with the operations team to refine sales scripts and improve customer engagement strategies.- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Handle objections professionally and efficiently to turn potential customers into leads or sales.
Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to handle rejections.- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales, marketing, or related fields are a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
