_Responsibilities:_
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote devices and services.
Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.- Educate customers about the benefits of the devices offerings and answer any questions they may have.
Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage customers to take action, such as scheduling appointments, attending events, or purchasing products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information in the database.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and objectives.- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for success.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns, product issues, and sales opportunities.
_Qualifications:_
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Persuasive selling skills and the ability to overcome objections.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and terminology is a plus.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
