- Handle outbound/inbound calls and encode wholesale orders
Assist in sales inquiries and provide customer service assistance- Liaise with internal departments on behalf of the sales team
Perform other administrative tasks

Proper phone etiquette- Effective communication skills
Works efficiently under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
Works responsibly with minimal supervision- At least 1 year experience as a Sales Assistant / Telemarketer / Encoder
Experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry is preferred
