QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Marketing or any related course,
With skills in negotiation and dealing with complaints.- Persistent and results oriented
Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for communicating with potential customers on the phone to offer products and services.
Call potential clients or customers to offer products or services.- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and assist their needs and
requirements.
- Provide information about the product features and other related concerns.
Keep records of calls and document useful information.- Conducts follow-ups to clients/customers for possible business opportunities.
Other functions related to existing position.
