  • Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to potential customers and pitching general insurance products like Travel, Motor, Critical Illness, etc.
  • Get well-versed with all the products, benefits, offerings, and unique selling points.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer requirements and pitch relevant products.
  • Use calling scripts to provide information about products features, pricing, and present benefits.
Close sales and lead customers through the purchasing process.
  • Keep a record of every customer interaction and ensure adherence to each sales follow-up.
Ensure complete adherence to calling and quality SOPs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
  • Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Proven experience as a Telemarketer or in a similar sales role.
Manage customer rejection effectively.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in direct sales, particularly in selling insurance products, is a plus.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated persistence and a results-driven approach.

  • 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
