Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a proven track record of success in telemarketing or sales roles.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Onephp Technology's services and solutions.

Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target companies.

• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and pain points.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of Onephp Technology's products and services.

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  
  Requirements:
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and delivering results.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems preferred.

• Knowledge of IT/software industry trends and terminology is a plus.

High school diploma; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a bonus.

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Mandaluyong City, Philippines.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
