Key Responsibilities:- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunication tower infrastructure, including antennas, cables, and transmission equipment.
Inspect and maintain tower components to ensure they are in good working condition.- Climb telecommunications towers using safety equipment and adhere to strict safety regulations.
Install and remove tower components such as guy wires, antennas, and cable.
- Install and replace transmission equipment, such as radios, amplifiers, and remote control units.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the proper installation of tower components.- Ensure that all tower operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
Follow all safety regulations and protocols.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisor.
Maintain accurate records of tower operations and equipment.
