Qualifications:_
- College Graduate preferably in the field of Business Administration, Banking and Finance or Entrepreneurial Management.
With experience in telecollection is an advantage. Willing to start ASAP.
- Willing to be assigned at San Pedro, Laguna.
Willing to work on a fixed-term status but can be offered a probationary status depending on performance.
_Job Description:
_- Informs the BLUs about the lacking documents for transfer and follow-up with BLUs the submission of lacking requirements.
Tags the accounts as recovery account in ELMS.
- Conducts tele-collection of accounts.
Forwards all accounts with compromise agreement to the BLU for visitation and collection.- Prepares daily and monthly reports concerning tele-collection activities.
Coordinates with the collection agency with regards to the client's payment.
- Performs other tasks as directed from time to time.
