- Reminds and follows-up payments from delinquent accounts using various collection methods (SMS, Phone Calls, Emails, etc.)
Arranges for debt repayment and establish schedules based on client's financial situation.- Prepares reports based on collection activities such as (but not limited to) delinquent account status or progress.
- Bachelor's degree holder, any course
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.- Professional and effective client negotiation and debt settlement skills.
Working experience as a collector for individual loans.
- Candidates must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
