TELECOLLECTORResponsible got contacting customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve any issue ensuring timely payment in compliance with policies, procedures, code of conduct and regulations. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Monitor assigned accounts to identify outstanding balance;
- Inquire payment status of clients;
- Work out settlement deadlines;
- Handle questions or complaints from clients;
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in SOA or payment/s.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate preferably in the field of Business Administration or equivalent.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Previous collection experience preferably in banking/financial services or equivalent is an advantage.
- Persistence and resilience in handling difficult conversations and rejections.
- Willing to be assigned at TGU Tower, IT Park, Apas Cebu City.
