Technology Specialist/ Presales (Open for Fresh Graduates)

Job Description:

As a Technology Specialist, you will play a vital role in implementing and deploying various IT solutions for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Installation and Deployment: Deploying IT Service Management (ITSM), Identity Access Management (IAM), and IT Solutions to our customers and clients.

- Design and Implementation: Designing and implementing ITSM, IAM, and IT Solutions tailored to meet our customers needs and specifications.

- Product Presentations: Conducting product and functional presentations to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.

- Post-Sales Support: Providing comprehensive post-sales support to customers, addressing any technical issues or concerns they may encounter after deployment.

- Business Analysis: Performing business analysis functions for deployment projects, ensuring that the solutions align with the customers business objectives and requirements.

• Qualifications:

• Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field.

• Skills & Experience:

_While this is open for Fresh Graduates, it will be an advantage if you have;_

• Good experience in installing, deploying, and supporting ITSM, IAM, and IT Solutions.

Familiarity and/or experience with ITSM tools and technologies.

• Knowledgeable in web technologies and databases (MySQL, MS SQL).

Technical understanding of security systems (firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, authentication systems, log management, content filtering) is preferred

• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
