  • Who are we looking for
Serves as Subject Matter Expert in providing technical solutions for the projects such as Application Architecture, Database Architecture, Infrastructure, Integration, and any other system analysis and design needed.
  • Designs and implements long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans to manage and maintain existing or new technology and software.
Provides technical direction, expertise, and assistance to stakeholders like Business Analysts and software development teams.

  • What are you going to do
Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
  • Willing to make your hands dirty and do programming whenever necessary.
Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standards.
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
  • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
  • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
Documenting and drawing up technical solutions and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Responsibility for technically discussing solutions with Product Team, Engineering
Team and business.
  • Planning to release with PM and creating a strategy for SVN branching and merging.

Pay: Php100,
  • 00 - Php120,000.00 per month
