Test TechnicianResponsible in sustaining and maintenance of Automated Test Equipment on Production line, and set-up of additional fixtures needed by production. Validation of No Fault Found on the line and provide action.
Performs inventory and Qualification of Golden and Reference Samples used in the Production line.- Sustaining and Maintenance of test setup.
Attend test setup downtime at the production line.
- Provide Project/Innovation/System/Improvement
Fabricate, wiring and setup additional test fixtures as needed by production personnel.- Execute test setup conversion from one model to another at production line.
Verification of No Fault Found (NFF) findings at Failure Analysis station.
- Failure Analysis Technician
Analyze product malfunctions or failures, ensures that products comply with the parameters.
Conduct detailed failure analysis investigations on products or equipment.- Collaborate, develop and implement plants to address root causes of failures.
Maintain the level of units for FA below the set maximum limit.
- Help in the line in compliance of quality level in terms of test failure
Timeliness, accuracy, and quality of our FA results.
Provide and review immediate action to contain and resolve production issues and defects.
- Conduct immediate repairs on jigs and fixtures to accommodate production runs.
Work with the Process auditor, QE Technician and Line Leaders to provide better support to production- Perform daily wave profiling as part of wave soldering defect analysis.
Review work instructions versus the current BOM to reflect changes.
- Monitor the Engineering Change Order (ECO) and update WIS if necessary.
Initiate continuous improvement projects to continuously enhance quality, productivity, and reliability.- Conduct qualification of newly fabricated jigs and fixtures.
Provide corrective action in every defect encounter on process assembly and soldering process.
- Monitor the equipment continuity in every product model running.
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/ or any technical vocational course
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in any related field
Good written and spoken English communication skills.- With good analytical skills, creative thinking and excellent in problem solving.
Knowledgeable in Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Knowledgeable in advanced process optimization techniques
Knowledgeable in basic electronics circuit- Has the ability to perform Test Machine troubleshooting
Knowledgeable in electronic components operation and application.
- Must have the ability to work in a cross-cultural team, assertive, good leadership, team player, and flexible..
