- Strong technical knowledge and skills related to the specific product (AV, Dimming, Lighting and Stage Lighting)
- Familiar/adept at diagnosing and trouble shooting technical issues.
- Diagnose and trouble shoot issues, perform repairs or maintenance and ensure that costumer's post sales needs are met promptly and efficiency.
