Duties and Responsibilities:- Set-up, troubleshoot machine / equipment. Tools based on production schedule.
- Calibrates machine / equipment's / tools with correct parameters in order to bring about smooth machine operation.
- Attains target uptime per machine.
- Guides production personnel on proper and correct machine operations.
- NPI Tech
- Provide technical support to the project team to develop device manufacturing processes from concept through market introduction
- Work closely with NPI Engineers to drive process design and product design for manufacturability to ensure robust and capable manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge on ASM838/832i Die-bond is a must.
- Test Tech
- Provide support to Test/Product Engineers in yield improvement and reduction of Test Over Reject.
- Provide support to Test Engineers to achieve plant and departmental goals.
- Provide support to Test Engineers during evaluation/qualification of new device/test program/test board.
