- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degrees such as Master's in relevant disciplines are advantageous but not always required.
Must have minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer
Must have minimum 3 years of experience in Java
Must have experience with tools commonly used in technical writing such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, content management systems, and version control systems
- Must have experience in writing and publishing help text, technical manuals, installation instructions, and release note
Proficiency in gathering information and interpreting software business and technical designs for documentation purposes- Must have the capability to comprehend complex software architectures and development processes, and effectively communicate them to solution architects and developers.
Must have experience in creating and maintaining a wiki site for development and application architecture standards and guideline
- Must have skill in creating, testing, and troubleshooting online help for software applications to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Must be consistent delivery of high-quality documents with minimal errors, including thorough editing for clarity, accuracy, and organization- Capacity to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to project timelines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

He/she is responsible for preparing release-related technical documentation as well as architecture and development documents that is correct and written to standards within the timeline defined for a project. These documents will serve as future reference and guidance to solutions architects and developers both in-house and third party.
Demonstrates technical writing skills by writing and publishing help text, technical manuals, installation instructions and release notes.
- Researches and gathers information; interprets software business and technical designs and writes content for documentation and projects
Provides key content that enables solution architects and developers to understand the design and inner workings of a system; avoids writing intuitive, repetitive and unnecessary content.- Responsible in creating and maintaining wiki site for all development and application architecture standards and guidelines.
Creates, tests, and troubleshoots online help for assigned software applications
- Delivers quality documents with minimal errors; edits materials for clarity and organization
