RESPONSIBILITIES- Conducts technical training programs for Isuzu dealerships on automotive servicing, vehicle fundamentals, and troubleshooting to ensure excellent customer vehicle operation.
Sets training program KPIs and regularly evaluates the effectiveness of the programs through assessment results and observations. Provides recommendations of intervention action plans.- Communicates effectively with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and process owners in developing accurate and up-to-date training materials.
Seeks innovative methods in the implementation of the training programs through various platforms.
- Manages the training costs and ensures the efficient use of the company resources.
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related course.
With at least 3 years of automotive technical training experience; training certification is a plus.
- Must have technical knowledge in commercial and light commercial vehicles.
Proactive individual with keen attention to details and good organizational skills.- With an exceptional degree of creativity, resourcefulness and analytical skills.
Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
With valid driver's license (LTO restriction of at least 2 or 3).- Applicant must be willing to
work on-site (Bian, Laguna)
