Trainers will be working in DIT's Cloud-Base Call center simulating tests which are designed to mimic a real-life helpdesk call center, on-the-job scenarios to analyze students skills, problem-solving abilities- Developing and delivering training programs for new hires and existing employees on topics such as customer service skills, product knowledge, and call-handling techniques
Creating and maintaining training materials, such as manuals, guides, and presentation materials for DIT's YouTube Channel
- Conducting training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions for small and large groups of students
Needs assessments Identifying training gaps through needs assessments and developing targeted training programs to address them- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement
Reviewing current customer service processes, collaborating with senior management to improve processes, and providing training demonstrations
