Brief Job Description:Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that cover a wide range of technical topics relevant to our industry.
- Candidate must have a strong background in technical operations (Heavy equipment).
Prepare training modules
Conduct training activities, face-to-face and actual/practical- Evaluate driver performance and behavior
Follow up training activities through driver coaching
- Conduct vehicle familiarization orientation during hand-over
Any related Bachelor's Degree or Tech. Vocational
- Can facilitate technical training for operator
Possess a Driver's License: CE- at least 2-3 years working experience
